I am feeling just the same...I just know eating right when I wake up helps but I have to eat every hour or two to stop it from getting bad. If I don't eat I get irritable and angry haha. Yogurt has actually made me feel better at times...odd...as I really don't like yogurt much but eat it to get that calcium. I am the same with cooking...one thing will sound good and then like a min later, I don't want it anymore as the sound of it just turns my stomach.
