OB called, RH-

So my OB called this morning and said she needs my husband to come in for a blood tests. I am one of the 15% of women who tested RH negative. If he tests RH- of course all is fine, but if he tests RH+ I will have to do the Rhogam shots to keep my body from rejecting the baby. I know it's a fairly common and treatable thing, but it still kind of freaks me out a little... :unsure: We are going on Wednesday to have his blood tested.

Don't worry everything will be ok. This is why they test RH status. So they can prevent issues.

I have RH neg aswell, all ok just have to have injection depending what hubbi is! Not sure where i get it from though as mum said she thinks her and dad are both positive lol x

I'm sure it's nothing to worry about - a fairly common thing I'm sure! I sucks having to get shots - but totally doable!
