I found out at 4 weeks and 4 days and I was getting cramps and a sore back on and off... sometimes it felt like stretching and sometimes it felt like AF. I was really worried but I was assured that it is normal and I haven't had any complications so far (touch wood).

Hi Tracie, its perfectly normal. I had loads of cramps/pains/twinges on my first as everything is stretching down there. If you have any bleeding go straight to your m/w or doctor but other than thats its all good and a sign baba is growing xx

Im weeks 4 - 8 i had the most terrible back ache and cramps

Im not having them as much now but they are still there

Hey hun, dont worry am exactly the same and am only nearly 5 weeks. Been told this is all normal but i know what you mean, cant help but worry. Take care xx
