I'm Currently Feeling: | Finally Met Midwife As the title suggest i finally met my Midwife today. She cancelled on me yesterday at the last minute.
She is really nice and we went through a load of paperwork and answered questions on family medical history. She said that due to my age(29) and the history i am not at high risk of congenital problems, which is good
She also took my blood pressure which was fine.
One thing i didin't like is that she told me that they do the first scan between 12-14 weeks. I was expecting it to defientely be 12 weeks, now it might be longer | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | if your in the UK u should normally get your first midwife appt between 8-12wk and then your dating scan between 12-14 week. that is what the doc told me as i asked for a early scan, he more or less told me to shove that idea !! |
