firstly YAY my doppler came today!!

secondly if youve used one how early did you manage to pick up the hb?

i am letting carl try it on me and im so rubbish that i couldnt even find my OWN hb haha (im not a blonde honestly)

ive heard some people hear theirs from as early as 8 wks but an wondering whether its worth it to keep trying at 9 wks?

I'd say keep trying, just don't get your hopes up too much at first (easier said than done, I know!). You're very slim so there's a good chance you'll hear the heartbeat in the next couple of weeks. I don't have an angelsounds one myself, but all the girls who have one on here seem to love theirs!

Keep trying, I think it took me till week 11 to find it properly Use the gel if you have it, if yu don't have any, try the durex play range of lubrication, hehe - dual purpose.

Go really low down, just above the pubic bone. And don't panick if you can't find it one day, the baby moves around so much it may have gone further in.

You can pick up a lot of heartbeats which are your own, the baby's is much much faster.
