Uhmwell i got bloods taken and then she asked tons of questions about family history, i got asked nothing about OH history just mine as far back as grandparents. So best before you go to find out any family history you can!

Hiya I had my first mw appointment just over a week ago, she took my bloods,weight, blood pressure,mine and my oh medical history, if it's your first baby she will prop go into everything in more detail but as this was my 5th it took about ten mins lol, she should also sort out your scan date and tell you when and who your next appointments are with, good luck with your pregnancy xx

Good luck with your appointment! As the others said not much is done at the first appointment, mostly just answering questions. I'm in third tri and still some days can't believe I'm pregnant!
