Ive been pregnant for 8 weeks now, and my bowels seems to playing up loads! i either have consiptation or diahhrea, they never seem to settle and be normal, sorry to be vulgar, but i get the poos where you sit there, they come out a bit and just hang there and done move at all unless you shake your bum around, then other days, the stools are basically just about to flow out as i sit down when i have really bad cramps and diahhrea! also random, but the skin around my nipples have got a bit darker.

is anyone else familiar with my problems? thanks becky.

Cant say ive experienced that, a little bit of constipation but other than that ive been ok on that front

I had this still do but its eased a little. IT BLOODY ANNOYING AINT IT?? not much you can do but ride it out. xxx

I have it too some days I am fine although struggle to go... and other days... well you know. I have been eating alot of pulses though so that is probably why. It is supposidly normal so don't worry.

ahhh constipation, i am suffering from that as well, hun. And about the area around your nipples getting darker, this is another pregnancy sign and is totally normal. your breasts are changing into milk machines

Don't over do it on the loo - you might end up with piles... if it is that bad you should see your doc and he might give you some laxitives that are safe in pregnancy.
