Am I allowed chocolate? Im craving it loads and having it everyday, but my friend said "OO no you cant have that coz of the caffiene in it"..

I thought it was fine in moderation anyway.... and havent read anything..

Yes, course you can! You're allowed caffeine in your diet, but obviously not too much. Too much caffeine though is over 8 cans of coke a day, or more than 3 cups of coffee so it'd be pretty hard to do!

In fact, some studies say that chocolate is GOOD for your baby!

Anyone who told me I couldn't eat chocolate would get yelled at. It's fine to eat in moderation (although I think I have it everyday )

I don't see why not, it doesn't have anything unpasteurized in it right?

The answer to that is a big YES. I just read a study last week that said women who had 5 servings of dark chocolate a week were 40% less like to develop pre-eclampsia. I have been addicted to this lovely 75% dark chocolate, and I have great BP and no signs of pre-eclampsia what so ever. Coincidence? I think not.
