I'm not a fan of Pate but what i am missing is Brie and Smoked Salmon. I love them both and can't have them

plus the wine, i could really go a nice glass of wine right now, sat in the garden in the sun.

i'm just jumping in to say this my favourite food and when/if i get pregnant it is going to be the biggest thing for me to give up for 9 months!

i def could never give up pate i love it so much and yes its brill on toast with butter mmmmmmmm i need some now lol my baby is gonna come out a pate tub

I'm Currently Feeling: 



Don't like pate myself but you can't eat it as its a liver product and liver contains high levels of vitamin A which you can't eat as it can cause birth defects

opps ive eaten it threw all my pregnancies good job there all healthy and this one is to will have to eat the last of it now hate wasting food

to be honest I dont think it matters myself. when my MIL was pregnant with both hers they were told to eat liver twice a week for the iron and it never did them any harm and I'm sure many thousands of women eat it now. They just keep changing their mind about what you can and can't eat, drink or do

it is getting bloody silly isnt it when i had my first i was given guiness vouchers in my bounty bag i ate what i liked but didnt eat mayo or certain foods in pubs due to getting bad food poisoning with my 2nd oldest i think its all fine in moderation esp after the 1st tri
