eating healthy has gone down the pan


well... I am just munching on a chicken legend with bacon and mayo, fries and a strawberry milkshake

I am so worried that if I eat junk I will not be able to lose the weight as easy when I have had my LO... but I keep getting spurts of wanting to eat crap.

Please share your stories of eating rubbish to make me feel better

I'm Currently Feeling: 



I am making the most of it!! Ive lived off of lettuce leaves to keep myself skinny lol so now i can relax and eat whatever i want!!

After i got my nails done i had £2 change so stopped at the macdonalds drive thru on the way home to grab a cheeseburger and fries!! All this time ive lived here and i completely forgot macdonalds is a 30 second drive or a 3 mintue walk from my house ..... junk food on tap

I say eat it if you fancy it !! Occasionally doesnt hurt anyone !!

I got up at 5am on sunday and i was hot and miserable so i ate strawberry ice cream for breakfast !!
Shocking yes but Mmmm it tasted to good

I'm Currently Feeling: 



Oh god I am terrible. I have really bad nausea. Before getting preg I would eat lots of fruit and veg now that makes me feel really sick so I only want plain things and lots of carbs I have put on about half a stone. My midwife said this is normal though and once you get past 12 weeks and feel better it should go back to normal. Fingers crossed it does happen to me otherwise I am going to be a whale!!

I know what you mean, I have to say that my eating habits have changed soooo much I have no idea what I want from 1 minute to the next. For the few 10 or so weeks i mainly lived on cereal I couldnt really face anything else, except my Friday night chinease yummy. But over the last couple of weeks and especially today i just cant stop. I have had so far today and its only 12:30 a bowl of cereal a bacon & tom sarnie, banana, 1 finger or twix and a pckt crips omg

Ooooh and speaking of strawberry ice Cream I have a big thing at the moment for Ice lollies eith FAB lollie, Twisters or fruit pastle lollies he he, must try and eat more healthily though now, if I can face it

I have also just realised that one of my bad eating habits at the moment must be a craving actually because it isn't normal and I can't get enough of it... plain hulahoops with chilli pickle chutney.
