Eating healthy is best so your are getting the right nutrients out of the foods, instead of empty calories that the baby can't use. And yes, it will help keep the weight off more easily. But give into your cravings, it isn't a crime! You must need something from those foods otherwise you would not crave it right ?!?!?!

Now It's Mcdonalds, Chippy, Loads Of Bread, And Chocolate. I'm Gonna Be Huge! But I'm Always Hungry.
Mmmm I just had grilled cheese for breakfast. And pizza last night. I was eating great until about 3 days ago and then I just got sick of eating green peppers and tomatos instead of junk food lol.
I may have to go get a smoothie from Booster Juice. Half healthy, but maybe it'll help me kick this craving for strawberry milkshakes you guys are giving me after reading this thread!!!

Maccies milkshakes are basically potato starch..
If i crave fatty stuff, i tend to eat an apple.. although every other day, i let myself have abit of chocolate and packet of crisps.. other than that, it's pretty healthy
