OMG I hope your belly is better and bean is ok. I would speak to your GP or midwife just to put your mind at rest.

As the other girls have said speak to your midwife. If it helps I do know when one of my colleuges was preg a kid pushed a shopping trolly really hard into her belly with such force she fell over. She never mentioned cramping but she did mention she had some spotting afterwards she now has a beautiful girl it may help you relax a bit but still I would call your midwife just to be sure. Good luck hun

Thank you so much ladies. I'm feeling better this morning. The cramping has stopped and now I just feel a little sore from the actual kick. I never had any bleeding or spotting, so I'm sure little bean is safe and sound like you all said he was. Thank you for you concern and support!!
