I went through this on and off during pregnancy. Don't worry about it too much, bubba will take what he/she needs.

I still get this sometimes! There are days where I eat and eat and eat, and other days where I eat hardly anything at all.

I had this until about 12 weeks. If a full plate of food was in front of me I would feel ill with the thought of it. I used small plates and ate when i felt the need to, little nibbles every now and again. Ice lollies where one thing I fancied and could manage to eat, and the odd half a toast. Just make sure you are drinking enough. Hope you feel better soon.

I'll be 9 weeks on Monday and the last couple of days i haven't felt like eating. I have been forcing myself to eat something otherwise i wouldn't eat at all. Until a couple of days ago i was starving all the time no matter what i ate.
