Hello Everyone.

I am almost 6 weeks pregnant and had an early scan yesterday, which they could see the sack and yolk, but no heartbeat at this stage.

For the last 2 days, i have had a small bot of brown discharge, none in my knickers, just occasionaly when i wipe.

Should i be worried???

I read in your previous post about your scan, glad it all went well by the way, that your scan picked up some bleeding. well I had that and the person that scanned me said if I have any brown discharge then this is would be from that. As long as it is brown that is good as brown blood is old blood. xx

I had brown discharge more than when I wiped but it was fine in the end. This happened when I was 6-7 weeks. Lasted about 3 days. Just keep an eye on it that's all you can do. aslong as it's not red/pink bright then you should be fine!

I had this too when i was 6 weeks. Brown blood when i wiped. I'm now 8 weeks and had no more since. Can't comment about whether everything is ok, as i haven't had a scan yet, but everything seems to be fine.

I have brown cm every time I have my cervix checked. I think you are fine.

I had brown horrible discharge for weeks in the 1st tri which for me ended up in a great rush of blood loss like a period went for the scan at I think it was 7 weeks and baby was doing fine and there was no evidence of the blood coming from my womb needless to say I was just as worried as you must be but try and relax rest as much as you can and get a doctors note and stay of work if you want to.
everything was fine for me baby is now 20 weeks and thriving bleeding at some point in the pregnancy happens to so many women and its scary

I have had a small amount of brown discharge for the last 3 days and i am starting to panic. I've got my fist doctors appointment on Monday so i'm going to mention it then.
