Had a letter today and im not sure what its for?

Says

" An appointment has been made for you to attend bancroft maternity clinic on blah blah prior to this visit you should see your midwife. please bring your notes, if you havent had blood samples please be prepared to have them taken at this appointment, you will need to ring blah blah to book your scan between 10 and 13 weeks"

Now its not for my scan as i already have that booked so whats this for? Its at the hospital so is it just for bloods? I wasnt expecting any other appointments until my scan

Not sure hun, I would probably give them a call to try and find out a bit more. Im sure its nothing to worry about but maybe give them a call just to put your mind at ease

It Could Be That. But I'd Ring Up If Your Uncertain Just Too Make Sure.

Might be part of the triple testing?

I have a consultant at the hospital, maybe it's something to do with that? Not sure though?

Hmmm not sure. The only letter i've got from the hospital is comfirming my scan date.

It sounds like it is for your blood work for downs and stuff. I know my OBGYN didnt even see me until 13 weeks. I had an early dating scan elsewhere, but alot of the obgyns and delivery dr's here wait until 1st tri is over.
