Anyway jut wondering what they usually entail..been told it is half hour but what do they do other than take blood?

I have my first appointment tomorrow at 9AM. I too am Nervous/exited.
Must remember to pee in a bottle tonight
Apart from that not sure what to expect either.

I have mine tomorow. i did not know you had to pee in a bottle no one told me? Does everyone do this?

The receptionist i spoke to who booked my appointment told me to bring a urine sample with me. Maybe they'll get you to do it whilst you are there.

They Go Through Alot Of Paper Work.
And It Goes On Foreverrr, lol.
Basically Just Talk You Through Everything.
And Give You Booklets Upon Booklets Of Things.
And They Book Your Dating Scan Too.
And Tell You Your Due Date.

Mine just went through a load of paperwork and filled in my maternity notes, family history, weight, blood pressure etc.

She didnt book my scan though i had to book that myself.

I think in all i was there for about an hour and a half

ah hour a half god!! I was told mine would be half hour!
Wasn't told about a urnine sample...assume they do it there.#

just had mine today and was there for an hour. Bloods done and loads of paperwork questions. Sorted out my 12 week scan for me cos nothing had been happening on that one (asked her if she could do it cos i didn't know who should). Nothing too exciting really, except for the breakdown of what's to come over the coming months

Mines coming to my house friday..not expecting much she said it was to give me my pregnancy notes before my scan next week. Its a very modern professional relationship as we contact each other via text message!
