| from what i know about meat, no red meats or undercooked meats. no processed meats (like spam?). and watch out for tuna because of mercury levels. oh and deli meats (although there's still plenty who will eat it, i had a sammich yesterday even!) because is cold cut meat and has high salt content.
that's just what i've read around though.
honestly, i think a fish fillet will be fine, i've been eating seafood like crazy! from fish to crawfish to shrimp and steamed crabs! |
