Im usually so easy going and laid back, one of the reasons OH was attracted to me...

Hes working away and I just rang him to see where the car log book is, so I can do car tax online..

After a little chat he said "just go to post office"..I could but I feel like crap and dont wanna leave house now Im back form work.

All he said was " Its not exactly hard to go to post office is it"

BAM!!! Hit my last nerve and after a seething pause I said "speak to you later"and hung up!!

Bearing in mind what I heard in my deranged hormonal brain was
" you lazy bitch, youre pregnant not disabled, get off your arse and go to post office, god Im ashamed, and shall continue to speak in this patronising tone till you relent"

Im so HORRIBLE, its like PMT times a squillion,even people at work got it today!! Tell me Im not the only nutter?!

(whats worse I text to apologise and explain and he hasnt replied...building up my temper yet again, when will they learn lol)

I feel the same sometimes, especially at the end of a long day...almost started crying when I couldn't find the TV remote last night DH told me to go sit down and he went and looked for it

Unfortunately, many men just don't know how to handle pregnancy hormones and, bear in mind, they can't read minds either. Women can be so mysterious to them.

One thing that many women do is figure that their OH should know what they are thinking and should understand.

Anyhow, pregnancy hormones can be horrible at times.

I was really moody this weekend with my OH (we don't see each other often) I felt bad for it, but I can't control it! He made two comments about how big I was getting and I lost it! We were going out for dinner and I moaned I had nothing to fit me and the reply was 'You're 8 weeks, not 8 months!' So yes, I got really arsey with him, when he didn't mean any harm by it at all.

I'm also guilty of hanging up the phone, and I had a fight with a lady in Starbucks the other week because she sat at my table and took my OHs seat without asking.

So yes, my hormones are raging around like yours. You're not the only nutter!

I just remembered on Friday I was telling Stan that my feet were swollen (very slightly) and he told me "they aren't that bad" to make me feel better. Boy was that a mistake. I was mad the rest of the night

There is a good reason why men are not the ones who get pregnant. Also, even though they sometimes do try, I don't think they can understand the hormonal stuff. I just don't think they have the programming.

Mind you, I don't think I could cope with one of those husbands who follows you around constantly saying 'how are you feeling, can I get you anything, should you be eating that chocolate bar now that you are growing our baby' type stuff. I think I would go mad.

My OH is really ace, but I do feel like I have to remind him 100 times a day that
- I feel sick
- I feel comatosed
- smells are very bothersome and I can smell them a mile away
- just because I liked cheese before does not mean i do right now
- if I need to eat now I need to eat NOW
- don't touch my boobs
- sex? hahahhaahhahahahah
- I haven't done any housework, so no I don't know where your clean t-shirts are.
- please don't fart anywhere near me
- please ignore my farts they are uncontrollable
- Go out tonight? hahhahhahah haven't you noticed that I am in bed by 9pm
