Unhappy

sickness please help!!

ok gurlies i know sickness is part of pregnancy and i am so lucky to be pregnant with a healthy baby because so many women have lost their precious little ones on this forum and i feel so guilty moaning but here goes ...

first of all my m/s was at night which puzzled me to why they call it morning sickness lo. but now im getting it all day and im really struggling to cope with it. i mean i can hardly eat anything with out bringing it up and im petrified that the baby isnt getting enough of what it needs and people keep telling me i need to try and not be sick cos im harming the baby. is that true?? Well i just dont know what to do anymore. and will it ever get better??

xx

Aww hun

Like others have said on here eat plain foods little and often, try toastm toast is good

If you really find that a struggle just make sure youve got plenty of fluids in you, drink fruit juice, or ribena or something with lots of vitamins in it.

Dont worry it will get better!!

Dont listen to them there speaking rubbish. Your baby is getting all its nutirents it needs from you being sick doesnt harm it. There are starving people in the world and still have healthy babys. Its you that unfortently will feel worse for wear and suffer lol. If you really feel you cant deal with it go see your doctors and see if they can give you anything to help i know there are safe anti sickness tablets avalible but only from your doc. Hope you feel better soon xxxx

im sorry tht u have to go through tht, i cant relate because i didnt really have any sickness. can u swallow tablets without throwing them up? if u can, then make sure ur taking those pregnancy prenatal vitamins. even though u should take these with a well balanced diet, taking them on their own is still better than nothing x

oh no! poor u
how many weeks are u?
i wouldnt worry too much hun, alot of women have the same problem and i thought i heard that the baby doesnt actually take any nutrients from what u eat until 12 weeks- im not sure how true that is so u might want to look it up? i agree tht u should go to ur doctor about this and im sure they will be abel to do something for ur sickness x
