i had sickness really bad i was beng sick about 12 times a day and couldn't keep anything down. doctor gave me antisickness tablets and they help. although am still being sick just not as much. i was worried about it and midwife told me not to worry and that as long as i was keeping fluids down it will be ok. try ice lollies as well. i found alot of them too strong in flavour so made my own from squash.i hope it settles soon. xx

Don't worry about the baby not geting enough, I am pregnant with my fifth baby I am feeling sick all the time, with my first four the sickness was so bad that I couldn't eat and instead of putting on weight I lost approx a stone in my first 4 months of the pregnancys, but all my babies were healty, the baby takes all it needs from you which is why I always lost so much weight because although I wasn't eating hardly anything the baby takes whatever is already within your body. The sickness does get better, I felt so bad for the first 3-4 months but after that I felt great.

If its any consolation, I was viciously sick for about 2 1/2 weeks and then it went away. Maybe it'll go away for you soon.

I have a friend who had bad moring sickness til 20 weeks, she got admitted to hospital because she was dehydrated(so keep sipping water) and they gave her injections to help ease the morning sickness. Ask your midwife/doctor
