sorry if tmi. basically it really hurts when i have sex- if anyone's had sex when they've had thrush, it feels similar to that. so is it just me (maybe i have thrush again?) or is this just something which can happen in pregnancy?

I've experienced something similar, sex doesn't hurt but when I go for a wee after the pain is unbelievable, like a stinging. I think using lubrication and being a bit less *ahem* vigourous might help it be a bit less painful. Otherwise, mention it to your doctor/MW x

I havent had any pain when having sex but pregnancy aside pain when you have sex is a sign of infection ... i would mention it to your midwife and see what she says hun

yes i can get thrush mor often when your pregnant its a pain in the arse lol i use a bit of lube to help during rumpy pumpy and it seems to not bring it on so much yet another joy to being pg

I found my cervix was more sensitive, more at some times times then others. So sometimes it hurt a wee bit. But now its fine.
