Ive found my sleeping patterns all gone wrong..I usually sleep solidly through the night..but right now is a great example..couldnt sleep for aaages, now Im up and wide awake (its 3.30 am and Im up for work at 6am), so Im gonnabe exhausted all day.
Getting up to pee doesnt help

, I'll prolly collapse in a heap when I get back at 3pm, and sleep for 5 hours, then wont sleep at night!!
