i know its unlikly but does anyone know of anything i can take for this i feel aWFUL!

I wouldn'r have a clue but have you looked into homeopathic treatment? I used it a lot when I lived in germany and was pretty doubtful until i tried it but i'd reccomend it to anyone, I even used it to help with the shock i went into after i had my last son. It's worth checking out as it's more baby friendly.

yeah im pretty natural anyway its worth looking into i dont know where to start though! i have just called nhs direct and they say i have all the symptoms of flu

I've had lots of nose problems! Don't think they're quite as bad as you but I've been totally stuffed up and giving myself sore throats from snoring!!! Hubby loving it as you can imagine. I've been using breathe right strips at night and they have saved my life! Ask the pharmacist, boots were really helpful. Hope the pain eases... X
