I must admit after my boobs seemed to go crazy at first, when they suddenly stopped I worried too. They had been growing, felt like rocks and pretty painful. Then nothing!!! Then after a good few weeks off they went again. Totally normal, nothing to worry about, so enjoy them giving you some peace - it wont last!!!
I was the same - my abdominal cramps stopped (that I had been egtting daily) and I posted it on here, I was so concerned!
It's just one of those things that happen. And everyone is different too, so you can't really compare to anyone!!
