as some of you ma know i have been having alot of trouble with my OH's mum. well he has moved up north with me and she really dose not like it as she lives down south. but she did used to take srugs and let her OH beat up my OH he was lil. well she has now turned round and said to my OH "the dates of conception dont work out so the baby isnt yours so you might as well come home" and ive worked out the dates he was living with me when our baby was concieved so i dont see why she is doing this. what have i ever done to her??

Thank goodness you've moved away from her. Is she is so poisonous, maybe your OH should look at only contacting her when necessary.

I imagine she's annoyed that her son (is he an only child) doesn't need her anymore and has another woman (you) in his life who is more important to him.

no he is not her only son hun she has a 13 yr aswell. but she is basically saying i must have been sleeping around

What a nightmare she is!!

It is clear to me that she is desperate for your OH to move back home with her that she will try anything.
As long as your OH doesn't believe her and is totally supporting you, then i really would try not to let it upset you.
I know it is easier said than done especially in the state we are in with our emotions running high, but you should try and look at it more like "Guess what that silly woman has said now" and have a joke about it.
I know that you want everyone to be happy and get along, and i'm sure in time it will, but at the moment your number one concern is the LO.

What did your oh say to her when she said that to him?? Surely he can tell her to stop saying horrid things about you and if she doesn't stop then he will cut all ties with her. she makes me mad!!

Hiya I don't know you but please don't take to heart anything anyone says, you and your OH know the truth and that's all that matters. I don't get on with my sister at all who is seeing my OHs brother at mo and also preg and due 4 weeks before me, and when she found out i was preg she tried telling my OH that the baby wasn't his and it really got me down and i went through a period of feeling so low so i know how you're feeling. There really is no need for anyone to be so nasty and its taken me til recently to realise i'm better off with out people like that in my life even if she is my sister.

Anyway enough of my rambling on...be happy and ignore what's said hun x

thanks hun your sis sounds really jealous of you lol she probs resents you for being pregnant around the same time as her. which is stupid. im glad im not the only one that has had this problem with family.
