Seeing as a lot of us are suffering from morning sickness I thought it'd be funny and maybe even helpful to other expectant mums to write out a typical day of food and drink that helps.
My morning sickness is lots better now, as a couple of weeks ago I was finding it hard to keep food down. I still have problems with food with flavours, so tend to eat bland foods for now.
This is what I have found that controls my sickness for the most part:
Morning: Ginger biscuits/peppermint tea
Afternoon: plain rice or boiled potatoes
Evening: some sort of creamed soup
I'm able to eat pretty much anything I want now EXCEPT peanut butter. I had a bad peanut butter episode last night. There is NO keeping that stuff down.
I have learnt as long as i eat as soon as i wake up my sickness is not to bad ! Im having to eat every hour or so to stop me being sick but i can pretty much eat anything especially sweet things !!!
I wouldn't be sad at not having this morning sickness, today mine was horrible, I nearly threw up on my client when giving an aromatherapy massage. I'm finding it horrid atm to not throw up. I think what it is is that I'm not eating cos I feel sick, and it's making me worse not eating?
