Lately my morning sickness has been better, so I have been eating more. I have some appetite -- I want to eat all the time, but I feel sick if my stomach gets too full! Usually it's cereal in the morning, some kind of sandwich at noon, and pasta at dinner.

Earlier on, though, I would have fruit for breakfast and saltines and applesauce at lunch, with gingerale for dinner. Morning sickness is definately not fun.

I had like terrible morning sickness, found it hard to keep drinks down! I tried everything in the morning nothing worked, ginger helped a little bit, but i still threw it up, arrow root never even touched my sickness. What I found was to simply make sure my stomach emptied overnight or just contained fluids, so the throwing up in the morning was copable and quick and then nibble biscuits and starburst, on the way to work.
Throughout the day i had bags of salty crisps under the till which i grazed on throughout the day
I had fruity drinks like vimpto and ribena and oasis to drink constantly.
for dinner it was a case of wander around co-op until something didnt make me want to puke, i usually settled on some sort of soup.
for tea I tried to eat my usual rice beef and veg now now its a case of no beef for me at all.
Between dinner and tea a nibble on a blue ribbiond or other wafer type chocolate kit-kat montana bars things like that...
and at night fruit but as I say... it didnt help too much just that was the best thing I could manage

Have also found tinned spaghetti hoops work. Not beans though. Bleeegh that was a mistake!

for me - a frustrating array of things are being tried and tested and from one day to the next it changes. Bananas, grapes and apple sauce tend to have remained reliable but everything else is really really hit or miss.

I fancy something and after a few bites the belly says NO! and I can't even think about it after that. I've been chewing on starburst sweets to help me get through work and lots of fizzy water.

I have no morning sickness (yet) so I am also eating like a pig and eating us out of house and home... especially if it is spicy! I am trying to be careful though and balance things out... like yesterday for example:

Breakfast: Bacon, Sausage and Mushroom butty with red sauce
Lunch: Melon and grapes and fresh orange juice
Tea: Tuna steak with steamed leeks and spinach in garlic with black pepper sauce
Supper: A few doritos with Spicy Mango Pickle dip

I have gone off sweet stuff like chocolate and sweets, they seem to taste sweeter than normal.
