Don't worry about worrying

I have days where the worry of everything gets me so down that I want to go home and get into my bed and I vet you 99.9% of women feel this way at some point or another. Especially during early pregnancy
Your hormones won't help this either or your symptoms. Being tired and feeling sick just makes it seem worse doesn't it? Tiredness especially.
Try and take as much time out for yourself as you can. Sleep when you need to sleep and cry when you need to cry

And if something is worrying to absolute insanity then see if you can speak with a Dr or midwife about it. Even just a quick chat on the phone with a MW might help settle you a bit.
