My back's been awful. I had a cough a few weeks ago and the pain was unbearable where it was pulling my lower back. Glad it's better now though!

Grrr me too but its just normally runs down one side and down one of my legs is really annoying!!

I get cramp in my back quite alot lately to the point I can't sleep on my back and I can't sleep on my belly

I just started to get back pain from sitting at my desk. I never had this before... oh well guess I will just have to get up and walk around more often.
