Is it just me but aren't maternity bras soooo unflattering??? They make my boobs look like they're growing under my armpits! [/quote]

I thought that, then I found some quite nice padded ones in M&S. I live in them now!

I too am at the stage where i don't know whether to get Maternity trousers or a bigger size. My work trousers are almost cutting me in half as i am sooo bloated. Yesterday was a particuarly bad day. As soon as i got in my car to drive home i undid the buttons, it was like heaven.
Fortunately my jeans still fit, mainly because i bought them, then lost weight so they were big for me, not any more, fit wonderfully. I only wish i could wear them to work

certain things of mine are ok, then others look silly, like skinny jeans ... they fit fine but ive got a belly bulge over the top which looks really crap as through your top it just makes you look fat lol

I was trying to decide about this and someone (cant remember who sorry!) made the very good point of the earlier you wear maternity clothes the more use you get out of them...if your normal clothes arent fitting obviously!

If you buy a bigger size you will still have to buy maternity stuff at some point. Ive decided to buy a pair of jeans and a couple of pairs of trousers and then leave it until I HAVE to buy some more.

Blahhh I know how you feel. I was a DD before I got pregnant. I am NOT a DD now. But I've heard if you breast feed you stand a good chance of getting smaller than you were before you were pregnant! So more breastfeeding, I say! I find the maternity bras I have tried on make my boobs look pointy, and I'm not into the pointy boob look haha.

I bought ONE pair of maternity capris. They're still a bit big but they are SO comfy so I'm wearing them anyway.
