I am so nervous about this whole thing and I am even more nervous to tell people...especially my mom (I dunno why) ~ I told her and my father that we wanted our own family soon, and that was about the end of it...and she knows that I am not on bcp. I am sure she will be happy My sister is preg with her third and due the end of May. She doesn't seem too happy about it but there is more to that story...we are 25/26 years old and this will be our first!!!

We have not told anyone and are going to wait/or try to wait a few more weeks. DH wants to tell the world! GOD I love him!!!

When do you think is a good time to tell people???? I have always heard 12 weeks...

My co-worker waited three months to tell me and we share an office! I thought she was getting a little chunky.... I guess that's the "Safe point" they say?

I've told a bunch of friends, my siblings, and at 10 and a half weeks I finally told my mom

we told DH's parents on his mother's bday that was just a couple days after we found out. Wont tell my parents until Mother's Day when i'll be able to call them. As for friends, i wont tell them until i am showing and can't hide it any longer

I can't keep my mouth shut for more than an hour
I've only known for 1 day and the dad knows, almost all my friends know, my brothers and sisters aswell.. Everybody except my mom!

We told all our family when i was around 3months.. I was soooo nervous to but i cant belive how supportive everyone has/is beinging.. They might surprise you so dont be nervous

I had to tell friends/work mates around 3 1/2months as i live in a very small gossipy town and one big mouth told someone and it was round like wild fire before we knew it was really sad as we wanted to wait a little longer but i will learn to go to another hospital next time rather than my local one where it all kicked off..

We told both sets of parents and siblings as soon as we found out. We didn't tell anyone else until the day of the 12 week scan. It's a killer to wait, but I tell you, we went to our friends individually that night, with the scan photos. Being able to tell them and show them a piccy straight away was great. The atmosphere was brilliant at everyones houses! It really is worth the wait.

i told every1 practicaly straight away,i swore id wait till i was 12wks before i did,but i couldnt help myself,the only one who doesnt know is o/h grandmother shes 88 and i dont want her upset if anything went wrong like last time so 2 wks time after my scan we will tell her,i cant wait
