I'm Currently Feeling: | most of our family knows and a handful of friends were telling other people next tuesday, we both have the day off so will go visiting. The only family member on DH's side that doesn't know is his grandad, it was suggested we see how long it takes him to realise (probably around 3 months after baby is born ha!!) |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I told my mum the day after I found out. Everyone knew by the time I was 5 weeks. My situation was different though. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | To be honest most people now know i'm pregnant. We didn't find out ourselves until we were 6 weeks gone, but because of issues with baby's Dad I had to tell my parents right away and a handful of friends for support. Once people heard me and my fiancé had split the pregnancy news spread round very quickly.
I always said i'd wait until 12 weeks, but never mind! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | thanks for sharing everyone DH wants to tell family after I get my blood results (which will be very soon) and I don't see what is wrong with it really...I know my in-laws will be thrilled and I am starting to feel comfortable with telling my mom, step-dad and dad... I think the rest can wait until I am further along. But like a few have said, the word spreads like wild fire! ~ and yes my office is very gossipy too! but I have a few friend there that can keep their mouths shut real well |

I'm Currently Feeling: | It really depends on what you are most comfortable with. Some people do like to wait until 12 weeks because of the risk of miscarriage in the first trimester. Personally I knew that if anything were to happen I'd want the support of my family and best friend and they were all told immediately that I was pregnant. For everyone else it's been kinda here and there............one group of friends figured it out on their own when I was 9 weeks, my mom told everyone she saw, DH told his friends after the 13 week scan, and the people in his Toastmasters group will find out tonight through a speech he's giving lol. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I told my Mom right away, and of course the OH. Most people know at this point (it is getting kind of obvious), but the OH hasn't told his family yet. Not because we don't want them to know, he just hasn't had the opportunity to get them alone!! So frustrating!! They probably won't know until the baby is here!! hehehe |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I told my mum about 2 mintues after i got my BFP just to make sure i wasnt imagining it, i told family and close friends at around 5 weeks.
I personally dont think that it matters whether its 2 weeks or 12 when you tell people, its not going to effect the outcome of your pregnancy, and id said before god forbid if something bad did happen, people would be able to support you |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Only my partner and best friend know atm. Keeping it this way until 12 weeks just to be on the safe side. Had a miscarriage last dec @ 6 weeks and everyone one knew, it was so hard telling people about the loss, dont want to take the risk again.

I'm Currently Feeling: | My parents are pretty much going to hate me for being pregnant again so I'm not telling them until I have a scan photo to distract them with.
My OH has told his family & friends & they're over the moon. I wish my family were like that. | | | | Status: Offline
