Oooo you poor thing, touch wood I've not been sick yet (although the last few days I have wretched really badly).
I find that I only really feel sick when I haven't eaten for 2 hours (I've timed it two hours without food and I'm starving - any longer and I feel sick).
I know you might not feel up to eating but something little and often apparently works (even if it is just bland crakers).
I've also found that ginger tea or ginger ale or ginger biscuits are little godsends for when I feel awful. A cup of ginger tea with honey and a cream craker and after a few minutes I feel like I can eat properly again.
