I found the heartbeat on the doppler. I counted 160 beats in a minute. WOW you can tell the difference its so much faster than mine.
Oh wow I can't believe I found it. I found it straight away. I had been trying all day. I thought I will just have a last check and see. I found it as soon as I did it.
Oh wow I just can't believe I found it.
But then I lost it and couldn't find it again LOL. Will try it again tomorrow I think LOL

What is it they say is it faster a boy or a girl? I can't remember which way round, is it above so many beats per Min.

Awww congrats!! I listen to my LO all the time, its an amazing sound!! Oh and BTW, they say that the HB rate is not related to sex, but the wives tale is that little girls have higher rates, and boys lower.

I read just recently that apparently the heart rate is exactly the same regardless of the sex so I don't think you'll get any clues that way unfortunately! Must be very exciting to hear though and give you peace of mind that it's ok in there. Wish I had one. x

Thanks Ladies, I am finally starting to get all excited. I can't believe I heard it. I read on google after I posted here about the heartrate meaning nothing just wondered what it was LOL.
I can't figure out how to get it on the computer yet LOL so i will have to ask OH when he gets home from work.
