I'm Currently Feeling:  | Ten Pin Bowling
I know that we are not supposed to do too much lifting. However we have a team building bowling session in a couple of weeks at work. I haven't told them yet and won't be until after this event, so i can't use PG as an excuse.
What do you think? Am i paranoid? or should i just go and have fun?

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Bowling is fine while pg i believe. there was a lady in 2nd or 3rd tri askinmg about it last week but she decided to go and had a lovely time. My mom always joked that when she was pregnant, she bowled better lol |

i was the one asking about going bowling last week and i went..had a lovely time with oh and little girl, i just made sure i usd a really light bowl and took my time...one word of warning however is...cut your nails and let go of the ball, i nearly went down the lane with it lol
