please help

i thought i was coping with morning sickness quite well. munching on biscuits before getting out of bed etc. however the last few days i have been feeling sick as anything all day. when i'm still its ok but moving ie in the car or even walking just makes me so sick. yesterday morning i was sick then last night in the space of 2hours i was sick three times and also bought up some blood. i'm just feeling so crap today and was just wondering if anyone had any advice what to do/take as its driving me insane and i cant do anything at the moment without the fear of being sick.
sorry for the long rant xx

Peppermint tea. It really does just work wonders. It holds off the sickness for a few hours so you can function. I had 2 1/2 REALLY bad weeks of not even being able to get up to go to the washroom without wanting to throw up. I was writing finals, and that was the only thing that would make me be able to even think about getting out of bed to go write them. Thankfully, mine has passed for the time being. I don't know if you're near a Wal-mart, but I bought a pack for like 2 dollars with 20 bags in them. And it IS safe, I asked my doctor. Some herbal teas are not, but peppermint is.

Ewww that sounds awful! I hope you feel better soon. I haven't actually been sick, i just feel sick quite often. I've found that plain crisps help.
If nothing helps then go to your doctors and get some anti-sickness tablets,

Have you tried ginger biscuits? The normal ones didn't work for me, but I found some that had ginger pieces in them which worked better.

hello
I have had this. Over the weekend it was so bad that I thought I might phone my doctor today - however today it is much easier and I think the reason is because when I woke up in the night, I had a few bites of banana and so far today, every time I feel sickness rising, I have just a few little bites of something, but don't force myself to eat more than I can comfortably manage , so it is literally just a bite or two! I've given up on meals or even snacks and just keep having a bite of something every now and then.

But like you I was feeling quite hopeless only yesterday.
