I'm defintely at the peak of having to pee 100 times a day since I've been pregnant. But the last day or so, every time I have to go, I get these pains up the front and middle of my pelvic area. Its not like a urine infection, its just sharp pains until I'm finished. Any idea what could be causing this??

Pressure of ur bladder on ur loosened muscles? All UTI's feel different btw. I've had 5 whilst being pregnant and none of them have been the same. I'd get it checked out incase.

I went to my docs last Thursday because i was needing to pee even when i'd just been, and when i'd go back to the toilet nothing would come out!! And it stung a bit too. He check my pee and it was clear. He just said its probably my uterus sitting on my bladder making me think i need a wee when i actually dont!
Just get it checked out incase. xxx

You should get it checked. It could be a bladder infection, or baby is just kicking the pee out!
