hope these are positive signs..mayhe im lucky?

hi all =)
i posted the other day because since around week 6 ive slowly lost all symptoms....
But a few days ago i keep wanting to be sick...but not actually getting sick? Then this morning i was sick (bile) yuk...and then my nose just started to pour with blood! Iv never had a nosebled in my life! Ive been terrified iv had a mmc as i lost all symptoms but they seem to be a bit all over the place wherea before they were constant 24.7.....=/....i had my 9 week midwife appt yesterday which went well...im just hopin 12 weeks comes soon cos im a nervous wreck =/ oh and btw iv had no spotting bleeding or tummy pains x
