HCG levels

Hi, does anyone know anything about hcg levels - having a very stressful time with things at the minute. My levels started low when checked after spotting and went down a little but they told me they cant be totally sure whats happened and to return for another blood test tomorrow. Im a nervous wreck, has anyone else had anything like this? Am i right and thinking the worst has happened?

I am not 100% sure but I did think HCG levels should rise. I know when I had mine they were initially 65 then next day were 265 then 5 days later were 1023. I could be completely wrong though. I really hope everything is okay for you though. xx

When you first become pregnant your HCG levels can be as low as 5 in the first 4 weeks. Try not to panic and good luck with your blood test.

there are reasons why your HCG levels will go down and for you to still end up with a baby later on... the most common reason is that you were carring twins, and unfortunatly one is no more, but the other is safe and well...
