i don't get morning sickness until about 7 or 8 weeks usually and my boobs aren't particularly sore, i dont even need to go to the loo every 5 min.

From what I remember of my other pregnancies one day your symptoms are there and the next they have gone, the day after - they are back again! Just think of it as bubs having a little rest but tomorrow he/she will be having a growth spurt again and you will probably be knocked side-ways with MS and have boobs that feel so sore you want to rip them off your chest! Relax honey, its all normal xxxx
ps That said I am a worry-wort too!

Ok you were all right, Woke up and boobs are sorer than every and once again I feel sick... Arghhhhh so sick!! But not going to complain lol thanks everyone

I actually called my doctor's nurse about the same thing today. My nausea and pelvic twinges completely went away after about a month of having them. She said that pregnancy symptoms will come and go. She told me that some women only feel sick for the first month and go on with no sickness for the rest of the pregnancy. She also said that the only time its a problem is if you start spotting or bleeding, then they would do an ultrasound.

I wouldn't worry too much, hunny. I'll bet that your little one is just fine!
