Salty

Had a sanwich for my lunch... cheese on brown bread and since then all I can taste in my mouth is salt. Drank about 8 glasses on water, brushed my teeth (swear my toothpaste was salty too) and I can't get rid of it! it's horrid...any suggestions?

It is probably just your hormones. I have had a bad aftertaste (salty) in my mouth all day every day for about a month now. Nothing really helps it except some mints I bought which are supposed to last for 3 hours. I am going to get my teeth cleaned soon and maybe that will help. Sorry hun. MervsMum and I have both been complaining about it for weeks now and I haven't had much change yet. The worst thing is that chocolate tastes strange to me now so I am not even wanting it.

Lots of things seem to taste too salty. Mind you a lot of harmless looking foods are actually loaded with salt these days, so maybe it's our bodies way of stopping us talking on too much salt?
