Insecure

Hey guys, Sorry for posting and bugging you all but I am feeling so insecure right now about everything. I shouldn't be, I have a wonderful fella, we're planning to marry in September and we have a child on the way yet I feel more insecure then ever. Is it my hormones and my emotions? I just feel like crying. Since this afternoon I've been struggling really bad to not just sit here and cry. I'm sorry I'm just feeling lost.

Hey hun, that's your hormones jumping around doing that to you. I've been feeling particularly vulnerable recently, crying at the slightest thing. It's all down to your hormone levels being all over the place though sweetie. Try not to worry and cry if you need to, hopefully they won't be like this for a long time.

Think its probably those pregnancy hormones surging through your body. Have a good blub if it makes you feel better. Might be worth talking to your oh.

Hi hun, it's really normal to feel the way you are, don't upset yourself about it i'm sure you're OH understands what you're going through. I've been through exactly the same this past fortnight! I have THE MOST AMAZING OH and yet i seem to be a complete biatch to him most days and hate myself for it everyday but it doesn't seem to have bothered him one little bit. As long as you talk about things with your OH i'm sure you'll find he's supporting and trying to help you through this the best way he can. Chin up hun and positive thoughts! x

Hormons, definately hormons. Don't worry sweetie, it's perfectly normal.

I've been a nightmare, cried a lot on my OH. Thought he wouldn't love me anymore when I get fat etc etc... Which is nonsense, and he's never given me reason to doubt, and although I knew that it didn't stop me having a blooming good cry about it anyway, lol.

Hi I am sorry to hear you are feeling so insecure. I can tell you are feeling insecure because of the way you thought you would be bugging us by posting this. Let me tell you, you are not bugging us. You are a part of this forum and we care about you.

It seems like you are trying to make excuses for the way you feel, but sometimes we just feel bad and there is no reason for it. You don't need to apologise or try to reason why you are feeling this way. You just are. It could be to do with hormones or maybe you just feel overwhelmed. Whatever it is you are feeling like that and that is fine. Obviously it's not nice to feel the way you are doing, but it's alright to let yourself feel this way.

It's good that you could post and say how you are feeling. That is a really positive step. I would also encourage you to talk to your husband and just tell him how you are feeling. This will allow him to pamper you and look after you. Also if he doesn't know what's wrong he might be worried.

You say you feel lost and that you cannot stop crying. Crying is alright allow yourself to cry. It's the body's natural way of healing itself. I would encourage you to talk to someone though. Even if it is just the hormones it would help you to talk to someone and I bet your husband has the hug that you need.

Sending you hugs and lifting you up in prayer.

Tiredness, feeling overwhelmed and hormones are more than likely making you feel this way, hon. Hope you feel better soon!
