I love my cat but he's constantly pestering me

I love my cat to bits but he is becoming a bit of a pest. The minute I sit down he has to jump on me and sit on my tummy. He insists on being stroked constantly or nudges my hand if I stop!

Its like he's protecting me or something! Is anyone else's cat behaving like this?

He'll settle. One of mine was obsessed with me when I was first pregnant for a few weeks, I think they can sense changes in your hormones. Now she is back to normal. The other one behaved no different!

My boy cat is like that!! He's sitting next to me now

My girl cat is no different! My first clue to being pregnant was Tom not leaving me alone actually

'They' say animals have sixth sense when your pregnant and like to get close to you. i'm watching my pets closely with this lol

I personally believe there is a lot of truth to the pets and pregnancy thing. Before I even had a confirmed BFP, I noticed both my dog and cat were "hoovering and stalking" me. LOL They still do it when I'm sitting on the couch and I have to run them off.

My cat is like that. He even makes me go back to bed if Im up to early. He likes to sit next to me and sleep next to me.

Aah thanks everyone, hopefully he'll settle down soon. Hubby is getting jealous because the cat loves me more at the moment lol!

My horse always knows when I am pregnant and is extra gentle with me and actually sniffs my tummy! My cat is always nonplussed till I am bigger! xxx

Actually, DH mentioned this when I got my bfp last Wednesday. Since then Ive noticed my cat will sit on my tummy if he can and keeps nudging me for fusses. It's very odd lol.
