Waking up

I have woken up at 4.13 every morning for the last 9days sometimes I need the loo, sometimes I'm starving and have to go and eat but a couple of times I have just woken up for no reason and I swear it's the same time every night.
Has any one else found themselves waking up in the middle of the night??

It is strange that you have said that as for the past 3 mornings I have woken up at exactly 6.40 every morning. It is so strange I just need the loo but it did spook me today when it happened again!

Oh the same thing happens to me. I wake up around 5:30am every SINGLE day give or take a few minutes. I always need to get up and pee or I'm starving as well. Another poster said in another thread (forgive me if you said this, but I can't remember who), that its your body prepping you for all the sleepless nights and getting up early I think that was a cute way to put it.

Me too! I've been waking up through the night at regular intervals and sometimes I feel really sick. Last night I made my DH bring me a banana and some fizzy water and that helped me get back to sleep, but I still woke up again later.
I think it is the hormones.

Yeah I was told that too when I was pregnant last time! So far (touch wood) I've been sleeping fine apart from Faith waking me for a wee in the night most nights lol!

I wake up at 2, 4 and 6... I literally cannot sleep the whole night anymore. I have to pee each time I get up.
