I hope your day gets better hun. Bosses are crap, I work for a company who do contract work for councils and have been assigned to an off site contract. When I told my FEMALE boss I was pregnant she went behind my back to the manager at this contract and asked if she wanted me taken off!! luckily the contract manager is ok and she came and told me what had happened straight away and said she wouldn't send me back. Any way good luck with giving it to the B*****D
i was about to say in the uk if you have bee in your job less than 12 months then you have no right to pursue a claim re unfair dismissal unless it is due to a few thing pregnancy being one of them.....
you shuld ring your boss and say you have sought legal advice he should have done a risk assesment and as said previously if they were not able to find you a suitable job then you should have been suspended on full pay...you need to get from him the reason why he has sacked you, if he admits its because of your pregnancy then ypu have them by the short and curlys...however, if they are clever they may have a some form of lie/trick up their sleeve...
you have had a bad day. really sorry. the ups n downs of pregnancy. thrush is really commen, i kept getting it on n off with my 2nd child, i just used the cream but i think if it gets really bad the doctor can prescribe you somethin n regards to your job. are they allowed to do that to you? i would look into it as you cant get fired for bein pregnant. even on a trial! its unfair dismissal. hope your ring turns up and things get butter hun. take care. *hugs* x
