Hi everyone, We had our dating scan this morning, it was such a fantastic experience (it was our first scan), it all went really well, I was dated at 10+1 so that makes BabyG due on the 5th October - how weird is this, that is also the exact date that my OH and I met, it will be 6 years to the day if he/she is on time...incredible!! Anyway, here are some pics, we went to Watford Hospital in Hertfordshire and the ladies there were great, our sonographer was really lovely and was explaining everything she could see. We got 3 pictures, I went thinking that we would have to pay for a picture, yet they gave us 3 different ones all for free... He/she was lying on a blood vessel and you could see bubba being rocked by the pulsing of the vessel, the sonographer said it would send him/her to sleep shortly, how cute is that. Not before we got some lovey waves and kicking around from him/her though - It was absolutley amazling, we are over the moon, and cant stop smiling  |

!), but my midwife went off my LMP even with me telling her that I have long periods (40-42 days) not the standard 28 days and have been temping and know that I ovulated on a certain date etc so i know I wasnt that far ahead...She just didnt really want to listen to me, she just said we will see when we get the dates, haha! I thought bloody cheek, do you think i am lying!! haha | |
