Depends on the ingredients of the spray tan.

One with organic / natural ingredients and no alcohol is generally okay. I advise getting a copy of the solutions ingredients and giving to your doctor beforehand as a precaution if you are still worried.

Tanning beds are bad full stop, but when you are preganant can cause you to overheat which isnt good for bubs :-)

Thanks so much for all the great feedback. I think I will stay away from the bed and wait for the real sunshine... of course I will use SPF!
