mblack is right, it is actually your uterus muscles. And it goes on throughout your whole pregnancy. You can have muscle twitches and vibrations too in your uterus.

The egg and sperm are so tiny at point of conception, you would not even be able to see them without a very good microscope.

I'm Currently Feeling: 



I dont think ive felt that just small cramps which come and go and fluttery sensations on my left side where the baby was laying when i had my scan xx

I know what feeling you're talking about. It also feels like a fluttering. I get it mostly when i'm laying still in bed. Very strange feeling, never felt it before!! I find it quite reassuring actually. Coz if you think about it, somthing is obviously moving around down there!!

Please try not to worry. You'll make yourself ill. Have you had a scan yet?
