I get tummy grumbling a LOT, maybe that's the same thing? i'll be laying down or sitting still and *grumble grumble* nonstop as if i am starving. I have not been bloated at all and no pains, just the bubbly gassy grumbling feeling for about 3-4 days now.

I had that burrowing feeling for weeks - it drove me nuts. I couldn't stand up straight for ages, and sleeping was non-excistant. You will find that some days are worse than others, then it will suddenly disappear!
Hope you feel better soon x x

It's your uterus stretching, or I'm pretty sure it's that anyways. It's natural for it to come at different times, maybe go away for a week or two and then return unexpectedly. Just one of the joys of being pregnant .
