I have it too - really bad I go once every two days atm! It's only meant to get worse so don't worry too much. I was told if I don't go for 4 days then go to the docs! I eat lots of fruit & dried fruit & fibre bars from kellogs & try exercising. Any exercise is ok apart from stomach crunches or any ab workouts (for obvious reasons). Swimming sounds really good. I've got the davina pregnancy exercise dvd coming today in post so am gonna do that later!

One word...LACTULOSE! I've been on it for ages now, I have a spoonful a day with my evening meal and really, ahem, sorts me out! The doctor prescribed mine, so just double check with the doc first.

I had the cereal 'Alpen' for a few days and it seemed to go! x
